An opportunity is now available for a Property Manager/Leasing agent to join an established team in Melbourne CBD. You may already have experience in property management and are looking for a fresh, supportive environment to progress your career; or you may be brand new to property management and looking to show you have got what it takes, whilst learning the ropes from experienced management.

What qualities do you need:

• Previous experience as a property manager/leasing agent or an enthusiastic junior who is willing to learn

• Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential

• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service

• A genuine interest in property management coupled with a desire to learn

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Organised, reliable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment

• Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

• Valid Victorian Agents Rep Certificate

The Role:

• To work alongside the Senior Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of a well-maintained property portfolio

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, treating them with respect and dignity while addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.

• Match prospective tenants with suitable properties and ensure a smooth and successful leasing process.
