Job Title: Industrial Property Manager
Job Type:Â Full-time, Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Salary:Â Negotiable based on experience
About Us: Join this Industrial Property Management team at Wetherill Park. We are currently seeking an individual to become a part of this team with an immediate start. Responsibilities:
Negotiating lease renewals
Preparation and completion of ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspection reports
Preparation and completion of rental increases
Coordinating repairs and maintenance (issuing and handling work orders to tradesmen), as well as inspecting repairs
Liaising with sales and leasing teams on matters pertaining to managed properties
Some accounting duties will be required
Requirements:
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Highly organised and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Confident and well-driven
Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Own vehicle required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in residential or commercial property management
Ideal for current Residential Property Managers looking for a change
Accounts experience is beneficial
