The Role: As our Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our property portfolio. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Managing maintenance requests and repairs promptly and efficiently.
Conducting regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Coordinating with contractors and service providers.
Implementing and enforcing safety and compliance measures.
Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners.
Requirements:
Previous experience in facilities management is required.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
