Position Overview: We are seeking an Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent with a minimum of 3 years of proven success in the industry. The ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding results for their clients. You will be joining a small dedicated team with the support of a principal who is committed to helping you grow and achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients
Conduct property inspections and provide expert advice to buyers and sellers
Negotiate contracts and facilitate smooth transactions from start to finish
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
