Experienced Property Manager Growth Opportunity |Ballarat Immediate Start

Are you an experienced property manager, based in Ballarat or the surrounding area, looking to do your best work—with a company that values your voice, your initiative, ethics and your continued growth? Can you step in and demonstrate your ability to maintain and build a rent roll of approximately150 - 200 properties?

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, renter and rental provider satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and building a residential portfolio with the support of leasing consultants, assistants, and 3 admin staff

• Build and nurture strong landlord and renter relationships with clear, consistent communication

• Oversee routine inspections, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, arrears, and compliance processes

• Contribute ideas and collaborate with a forward-thinking team on how we can continue to lead and grow in property management

• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Your skills will include:

• Previous experience in a residential property management role

• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and renters

• Proficient in using property management software and digital tools

• Highly organised, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask

• A proactive and customer-focused approach to property management
