We’re seeking a motivated and detail-driven Experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in Glen Waverley. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 165 residential properties

• Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports

• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trades

• Build strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters 

• Ensure compliance with all current legislation and agency procedures

• Work closely with leasing and accounts teams to ensure a seamless service

About You:

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Property Management (preferred, not essential)

• Cantonese Language is a MUST

• Agent’s Representative Certificate and current VIC Driver’s Licence

• Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Confident communicator with a proactive approach

• Well-presented and team-oriented with a positive attitude
