EA/Sales Associate to Principal - Alexandria -$70K Plus Comm

Placed Australia is seeking a combined roll of an experienced EA/Sales Associate to the principal of a successful office in Alexandria. An agency dedicated to a high performance culture in an ethical, caring and fun working environment.


This position offers an opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry. encompassing administrative duties as well as exposure to both residential and commercial sectors.


Your duties will include:


  •  Provide extensive administrative/marketing support, including but not limited to diary management, inbox maintenance and travel to the MDs

  •   Co handle commercial properties both for sale and for lease

  •   Co handle residential properties as they come up for sale

  •   Understand the key drivers and strategic priorities of the commercial business and the teams you are supporting to enable proactive and effective support and solutions development;

  •    Assist the MD with the creation, update and maintenance of templates (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  •   Arrange meetings, including booking rooms, catering, tele/video conference facility

  •   Preparation of client reports and various ad hoc reporting requests;

  •   Work collaboratively with the Residential Business to complete shared tasks.

  •   Maintain sensitivity to, and recognition of confidential information;

  •   Liaising with the marketing team in preparation of marketing material for all sale / lease properties

  •   Preparation of meeting agendas, minute taking and follow up/tracking of action items

  •   Prepare and assist with marketing, liaise with solicitors, social media savvy,

  • Attend inspections, attend and assist with auctions

To succeed in this role:


  • Previous EA experience is highly desired;

  • Experience in high level customer service is essential (ie. corporate, retail or hospitality industries);

  • Exceptional communication skills;

  • A professional and polished appearance;

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise;

  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure;

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office and Google suite software is essential

  • Exceptional time management skills;

  • Fantastic relationship-building skills;

  • You will be a team player with an approachable, easy going and friendly personality, which will be warmly welcomed by all members of the team;
