She has delivered senior search assignments across many industry sectors, particularly within international trade, logistics, and supply chain, along with extensive recent experience delivering senior executive roles within the not-for-profit sector nationally, including CEO, General Manager and Director/Head of level roles.

Gemma has held significant leadership positions as a Partner and Director of a national Boutique Recruitment firm for nearly ten years, where she was instrumental in the development of strategic business growth and delivery.

 

Gemma's switch to focus on Real Estate Recruitment comes form 12 Months as a Sales Agent herself and her passion for the fast paced nature of the industry.

 

Gemma brings deep expertise, judgement and insight to her search practice which have resulted in longstanding, trusted relationships with her clients and candidates alike.
