About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:
Manage the full sales process from prospecting and appraisals through to negotiation and settlement
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, buyers, and local property owners
Work independently while being supported by a professional, collaborative team
Leverage proven systems, marketing tools, and in-house resources to grow your GCI
Enjoy the flexibility of managing your own schedule and working style
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property sales
Proven ability to write a minimum $150K+ GCI annually
Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven
Strong local area knowledge (Middle Park and surrounding suburbs preferred)
A client-first approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
