Seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our esteemed client’s team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the market presence, forging strong relationships, and driving business growth within the beautiful Southeast inner suburbs of Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to leverage their expertise and passion for Real Estate in an established and supportive environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the Southeast suburbs of Brisbane, targeting property owners, investors, and developers.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales potential and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans tailored to the unique characteristics of the local market, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and market expansion.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and property management, to develop innovative solutions and deliver exceptional service to clients.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase our services and value proposition to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales within the Real Estate industry, preferably in the Southeast inner suburbs of Brisbane.

  • Deep understanding of the local property market dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and networks.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets and objectives.

  • Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools.

  • Valid QLD Real Estate license.
