About the Role
As a Trainee BDM Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Open Home Assistance: Conduct and assist at open homes, welcoming potential tenants and answering queries.
Reporting: Prepare and complete entry condition reports accurately and efficiently.
Documentation Management: Collect documentation and files from tenants and clients as required.
Key Management: Manage and log property keys using internal systems.
Leasing Support: Assist with leasing procedures, including processing applications and tenant onboarding.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation across all platforms.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Prior experience in a property management or real estate administration role is advantageous but not essential.
Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Inspect Real Estate, PropertyMe, and Inspection Express is highly desirable.
Qualifications: Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate and a valid driver’s licence.
