This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take on a well-maintained portfolio in a thriving Rochedale office. With a manageable portfolio of 140-150 properties, most of which are local to the office, you’ll enjoy a role that allows you to focus on quality service rather than high-volume stress.
The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
Full end-to-end property management of a well-maintained portfolio
Build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring high retention rates
Coordinate repairs and maintenance, liaising with trades and landlords for seamless property upkeep
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and routine inspections
Arrears management – stay on top of rental payments with proactive communication
Handle tenancy disputes professionally, including QCAT preparation if required
Ensure compliance with legislation and provide expert guidance to clients
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in property management, handling a portfolio end-to-end
Strong client relationship skills – ability to build trust, offer expert advice, and communicate effectively
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
Proficient in PropertyMe software
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate and a valid driver’s licence
