Key Responsibilities:
Property Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers, providing top-notch customer service.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of property managers, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
Lease Management: Handle lease renewals, inspections, and rent reviews, ensuring properties are leased in a timely and efficient manner.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive Property Management Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in property management, with proven success managing residential properties.
Leadership Skills: Experience leading and mentoring a team, with a strong focus on performance and team development.
Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Real Estate License: A valid property management license and familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance.
