Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive Property Management Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in property management, with proven success managing residential properties.

• Leadership Skills: Experience leading and mentoring a team, with a strong focus on performance and team development.

• Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors.

• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Real Estate License: A valid property management license and familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance.
