We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a boutique, award-winning agency located in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a well-maintained portfolio with a strong focus on:
Proactive communication with owners, tenants, and trades
Providing quick response times and consistent service standards
Managing all aspects of the portfolio including lease renewals, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance
Working autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative and tight-knit team
Utilising modern property management systems to ensure seamless processes and time management
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager
Strong interpersonal skills and a mature outlook with the ability to manage client expectations confidently
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with a commitment to prompt follow-up
A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Valid driver’s licence
The Offer
$85,000 – $95,000 package (inclusive of super) – salary based on experience
Company car and phone provided
