The Role
We’re looking for a confident and capable Senior Property Manager to oversee a tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio. You’ll be supported by a dedicated team structure, including leasing and admin support, and will work closely with senior leadership to deliver a high level of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage an established residential portfolio end-to-end
Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
Handle routine inspections, maintenance, lease renewals, entry/exit reports and VCAT (if needed)
Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy legislation and company policies
Work closely with team leaders and junior staff to maintain high standards across the department
About You
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in end-to-end property management
Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Confident using cloud-based software (PropertyMe preferred)
Professional, proactive, and a genuine team player
What’s On Offer
