Senior Property Manager I Fast Growing & Trusted Agency I Salary $85k + I Join the team in Ingleburn, NSW


Are you a seasoned Property Manager ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role? At Placed Australia our client is looking for a driven and capable individual to manage a substantial portfolio of 350 properties with the support of a dedicated team.


Position: Experienced Property Manager

Salary: $85k - $95k (negotiable)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Must live within 7 km of Ingleburn


Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Landlords and Tenants: Maintain open communication and strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

  • Inspection Management: Oversee all ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections.

  • Rent Renewals and Increases: Oversee and manage rent renewals and necessary increases.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Handle repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments or renovations.

  • Arrears Management: Minimize arrears and prepare for/attend NCAT hearings as needed.

  • Leasing Duties: Manage leasing inquiries, conduct property showings, and handle tenancy applications.


About You:

  • Experienced: You have 3-5 years of property management experience and are familiar with the demands of the role.

  • Certified: You hold a current Certificate of Registration or License.

  • Driven: You have a great attitude and are committed to property management as a long-term career.

  • Local Knowledge: You possess strong local knowledge, ensuring you understand the market and community needs.

  • Independent: You’re self-sufficient with the ability to manage a large portfolio while leading a small support team.

  • Prepared: You have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
