What You'll Be Doing
Manage a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties with autonomy and care
Liaise with landlords and tenants, ensuring clear, consistent communication
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, and all aspects of tenancy management
Work from home with flexibility, attending in-office meetings and team events when needed
Use industry-standard software to maintain compliance and efficiency
Support the agency’s long-standing reputation for integrity, quality service, and professionalism
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
3+ years of end-to-end property management experience
Strong time management and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and calm approach under pressure
A desire to commit long term to a team that values loyalty and mutual respect
A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
