Responsibilities
Manage land sales, including raw developer land and re-sell stock (traditional homes) across the Springfield area.
Collaborate with developers to secure stock and market land parcels effectively.
Leverage exclusive access to key property and development insights to gain a competitive edge.
Implement innovative marketing strategies with the full support of in-house resources.
Cultivate relationships with buyers, developers, and stakeholders to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Deliver outstanding results by focusing on big-picture outcomes and long-term growth.
Requirements:
Ideally 2+ years in real estate sales, project marketing, or a related field, but a strong drive and willingness to learn are just as important.
Self-motivated, visionary, and eager to dominate the market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Understanding of residential and developer land sales is highly desirable.
A real estate license is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Zenu experience is a plus).
