As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base in Bentleigh and surrounding areas.
What you'll be doing -
Actively sourcing new rental/sales listings
Negotiating with potential clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and face-to-face meetings
Rental appraisals
Preparing proposals and presentations to pitch the company's services to prospective clients
Prospecting plans/reporting
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects
Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets
What we're looking for -
Someone who has sound knowledge of the area that can work autonomously
Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Victorian Agents Rep Certificate
Current VIC driver's license and your own vehicle are essential
