Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area

• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Stay informed about current promotions and product information

• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Basic computer and cash-handling skills

• Current QLD Real Estate cert or be willing to obtain
