About the Role

As a Sales Associate, your day-to-day will include:

  • Generating leads through door-knocking, cold calling, database work, and community engagement

  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and building local relationships

  • Supporting listing presentations, marketing campaigns, and client follow-up

  • Assisting with open homes, buyer appointments, and property inspections

  • Managing CRM updates and staying on top of daily tasks with a proactive mindset

  • Learning all aspects of the sales process from listing to negotiation and settlement


What We’re Looking For

  • A current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)

  • A confident communicator with strong people skills

  • Self-motivated and hungry to succeed in real estate sales

  • Comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, and face-to-face prospecting

  • Organised and tech-savvy, with good time management

  • A team player who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with the Redland Bay area or a willingness to become a local expert
