We’re working with a well respected real estate agency located in one of Sydney’s highest growth corridors - Merrylands and its surrounding suburbs, to find a motivated and ambitious Sales Associate ready to take their career to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a community focused team operating in a market undergoing major residential, commercial, and infrastructure transformation. You’ll work under a seasoned principal and leadership team that provides hands-on mentorship, structured growth pathways, and genuine support to help you build a long-term career in real estate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and nurturing relationships across a broad client base
Conducting appraisals, listing presentations, and managing inspections
Supporting negotiations and delivering excellent outcomes for buyers and vendors
Managing communications to ensure a seamless client experience
Working collaboratively with a team that values local insight and high-performance

What We’re Looking For

Experience in residential sales, customer service, or a sales-driven role
NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence (or currently undertaking it)
Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle the pace of a growing market
Strong knowledge of the local area or willingness to learn
Reliable vehicle and driver’s licence
