Sales Associate | Melbourne South East | Entry Level Role | Mandarin Speaking Preferred

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant (determined to learn everything about Real Estate Sales) who will work alongside one of our experienced sales agent in a supporting role.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Finding new business through door knocking and phone canvassing

• Attending inspections (final, building, pest inspections etc.)

• General appointments and duties

• Liaising with clients

• Attending key training sessions

• Administration and marketing support

• Building and maintaining a client database

Desired Skills & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Immaculate personal presentation

• The ability to work autonomously and show initiative

• Self-motivation and desire to succeed

• Flexibility to work weekends and after hours

• A mature and professional attitude

• A current Drivers’ License and reliable vehicle (must have)

• Completion of Agents Representatives Course (must have)

• Available to work Saturdays

• Mandarin Language Preferred but not required
