You’ll work directly alongside a top agent in the Bayside area—learning everything from lead generation and client nurturing to negotiation and deal management.

You’ll be expected to bring high energy, hunger to learn, and a strong work ethic. In return, you’ll be supported every step of the way to develop into a successful Sales Agent.
