About the Role
As a Sales Agent servicing Sippy Downs and surrounds, you will:
Manage the full sales process from listing to settlement
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong presence in the local market
Conduct appraisals, open homes, and private inspections
Maintain high levels of communication with vendors and buyers
Provide expert property advice and market insight
Leverage agency support and marketing tools to maximise exposure and results
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence
Experience in real estate sales with a proven ability to generate listings and close deals
A strong work ethic and the drive to build a personal brand in the Sippy Downs area
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A customer-first approach with a focus on long-term relationships
Local knowledge of Sippy Downs, Chancellor Park, or surrounding suburbs is highly valued
