We’re looking for a motivated, self-starting professional to join a locally respected team in Sinnamon Park, with a strong focus on growing the sales side of the business. About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:
Manage your own listings and clients from appraisal to settlement
Prospect for new business within Sinnamon Park and surrounding suburbs
Represent a boutique agency with strong values, reputation, and community presence
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to both buyers and sellers
Leverage internal support and local marketing to build your profile and results
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence
At least 2 years’ experience in residential property sales
A proven ability to generate and convert leads independently
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A self-motivated, professional approach with a strong work ethic
Local area knowledge of Sinnamon Park, Jindalee, Mount Ommaney, or surrounding suburbs preferred
