Sales Agent Role:
Independent Role: We’re seeking a standalone agent with a history of achieving minimum 10-12 sales per year.
Flexible Commission Structure: Your commission split will be based on your experience and success.
High Achievers: Our current agents list a minimum of 20 properties annually, with most writing around $1 million in GCI.
Balanced Culture: We focus on the well-being of our team, offering a supportive environment with sales meeting starting after 9am—giving you time to take your kids to school.
Ongoing Development: Benefit from in-house training, monthly sessions with an external trainer, and inspiring talks from various guest speakers.
Sales Associate Role:
Green is Better: We prefer candidates with a fresh perspective, but you must have at least 12 months of experience in the industry.
Local Expertise: Knowledge of the Northern Beaches is essential, and you should live within the area.
Professional Requirements: A Certificate of Registration, along with a clean and reliable car, are must-haves for this role.
