About You:
You are:
A licensed real estate professional in WA
Currently writing $250k GCI+ (or confident you’re on track)
A self-starter with strong time management and client service skills
A clear communicator with the ability to earn trust quickly
Looking for a long-term opportunity where you can grow and thrive

Work in an established, active sales market with consistent listing flow
Be backed by strong admin and marketing systems
