About the Role
You will lead a team of 2–3 Sales Agents, guiding them to success while managing your own portfolio of listings. This role suits a natural leader with strong sales experience, confident negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build rapport with both vendors and buyers.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with landlords considering selling, local vendors, and repeat investors.
Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed KPIs and listing targets
Conduct appraisals and win listings through tailored, value-driven presentations
Drive buyer engagement and negotiations, especially in time-sensitive transactions
Monitor sales progress and ensure a seamless vendor experience
Stay across industry shifts, pricing trends and buyer expectations in the apartment resale market
Skills & Competencies -
Proven track record in residential Sales
In-depth knowledge of the Melbourne Real Estate Market and buyer demographics
Outstanding communication, listing presentation, and deal-closing abilities
Proficient in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms
Valid agent's rep certificate or full license, plus driver’s license and reliable vehicle
