About the Role

As a Sales Agent, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end sales transactions, from appraisal to settlement

  • Prospect and generate new business across the Pacific Pines and Helensvale regions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and the local community

  • Provide tailored property advice and accurate market insights to clients

  • Utilise modern CRM systems, marketing platforms, and digital tools to stay ahead of the curve

  • Collaborate with a passionate team focused on growth and client success


What We’re Looking For

  • A current QLD Real Estate Licence with a proven track record in residential sales

  • Confidence in prospecting and generating leads in the Northern Gold Coast market

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

  • Professional presentation and a client-first approach

  • A team player who embraces innovation and ongoing learning

  • Local area knowledge of Helensvale, Pacific Pines, or surrounding suburbs is highly regarded
