About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:
Manage end-to-end sales transactions, from appraisal to settlement
Prospect and generate new business across the Pacific Pines and Helensvale regions
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and the local community
Provide tailored property advice and accurate market insights to clients
Utilise modern CRM systems, marketing platforms, and digital tools to stay ahead of the curve
Collaborate with a passionate team focused on growth and client success
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence with a proven track record in residential sales
Confidence in prospecting and generating leads in the Northern Gold Coast market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
Professional presentation and a client-first approach
A team player who embraces innovation and ongoing learning
Local area knowledge of Helensvale, Pacific Pines, or surrounding suburbs is highly regarded
