This role is ideal for a capable, confident agent with 5–7 years of experience, who values a client-first approach and is open to long-term opportunities, including the potential to co-list with the Principal or even step into agency ownership down the track.
About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:
Manage property sales from appraisal through to settlement
Build and maintain trusted relationships with local homeowners and buyers
Represent the agency with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care
Potentially co-list with the Principal during the initial transition period
Leverage the agency’s long-standing local reputation to generate consistent business
Contribute to a supportive, community-focused culture
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence
5–7 years’ experience in residential sales with a solid performance history
Strong local knowledge or a genuine desire to become embedded in the Graceville area
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
A team player who enjoys collaboration in a boutique setting
Professional, reliable, and driven without the ego
Interest in potential succession opportunities or co-ownership in the future is highly regarded
