Managing and growing your sales pipeline using high-quality leads from a rent roll of 1,000 properties.
Listing and selling properties across the North Shore, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Leveraging local area knowledge to connect with potential buyers and sellers.
Collaborating with a dedicated team while working autonomously to drive your success.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience in real estate is essential.
Knowledge of the North Shore area is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
Self-motivated and driven to grow your sales.
