We’re currently looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join a well-established team based in Broadbeach, working in one of the Gold Coast’s most dynamic real estate markets. With a strong local reputation, ongoing lead flow, and a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity for agents writing between $250K–$600K GCI who are looking for stability, growth, and a culture that just feels good.
About the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will:
Manage your own pipeline and handle sales from appraisal to settlement
Leverage local market knowledge to grow your profile in the Broadbeach area
Deliver professional, honest, and consistent service to clients
Work alongside a close-knit team of agents who are approachable, driven, and drama-free
Benefit from in-office support, mentoring, and leadership that’s hands-on and real
What We’re Looking For
A current QLD Real Estate Licence
At least 2 years of real estate sales experience
Proven track record with GCI in the $250K–$600K range
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A positive, team-first attitude – no big egos or politics here
A genuine passion for real estate and doing right by your clients
Broadbeach or Gold Coast local knowledge is a bonus
