Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our agency's success while working alongside a dedicated team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a QLD Real Estate Certificate registered with the Office of Fair Trading (OOFT) and proven experience in real estate sales administration.


Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to our sales team, including managing listings, contracts, and client communications

- Coordinate property marketing activities, including creating listings, managing advertising, and organizing open homes

- Assist in preparing sales contracts, lease agreements, and other relevant documentation

- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and property listings

- Assist with general office administration tasks as needed


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator within the real estate industry

- QLD Real Estate Certificate registered with OOFT

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
