About the Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating property listings, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining accurate records. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of the team.
This role offers flexibility for both experienced and entry-level candidates:
Experienced Sales Administrator: If you have prior experience in real estate administration, you will receive a competitive salary of $75k plus super. You will be able to hit the ground running and contribute your expertise to support the team’s success.
Entry-Level Candidate: If you are new to the industry but eager to learn and grow, comprehensive full training will be provided, with a starting salary of $50k plus super. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in real estate with a well-established brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing contracts and processing documentation
Coordinating property listings, including preparing marketing materials and online advertisements
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process
Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
Assisting with organising open homes, appointments, and property viewings
General office administration duties to support the day-to-day operations
