We’re on the hunt for a confident, service-driven Relationship Manager to support our growing network of stand-alone agents and boutique real estate businesses. Based in Taringa, this role is about more than just relationships — it’s about driving performance, reducing operational pain points, and helping agents and business owners thrive.
About the Role: As a key member of our internal leadership team, you'll be the first point of contact for agents and business owners needing backend support, guidance, and strategic direction. You’ll play a vital role in helping our agents focus on what they do best — selling — while we take care of the rest.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing backend operational support and advice to agents and boutique real estate teams
Acting as a mentor and business partner for stand-alone agents
Supporting agents in building their personal brand and business presence
Managing onboarding and day-to-day communication with agency partners
Identifying gaps or inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions
Helping streamline admin, compliance, systems and marketing processes
Representing the agency at client meetings, check-ins and events
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have solid experience in the real estate industry (sales, PM, or ops)
Are confident speaking with principals, licensees, and business owners
Understand the backend of a real estate agency — and how to improve it
Love helping others succeed and can guide without micromanaging
Are tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, compliance, and marketing systems
Communicate clearly, professionally, and with emotional intelligence
