Receptionist/Property Management Administration Assistant BANORA POINT /CASUARINA Up to $65k + super

We are looking for a talented receptionist to join this  award winning team. Two positions available one in the Casuarina office and another in the Banora Point office. 

The successful applicant enjoy a positive workplace environment that is founded on trust, teamwork and respect. Real Estate reception preferred or Property management assistant but not essential. 

The role is an integral part of our success, working within our administrative team coordinating all aspects of support to property managers, sales team and administration team.  

Duties are vast and varied, making no two days the same. Tasks include: 

  • Answering phones 

  • Administration and customer service of property management division

  • Front desk attendance 

  • General day to day tasks 

  • Management of the Database and CRM  

  • Handle rental enquires and in person if registered

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage work flow 

  • Great work ethic involving a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm 

  • Customer service focus with a positive and can-do attitude 

  • Ability to work unsupervised and within a team 


This position requires you to be organised, with a self-driven personality and mature approach. Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. What we need: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Well presented and well spoken 

  • You will be required to work 5 days including a half day Saturday with RDO during the week

  • Attendance to auction nights
