Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Receptionist to join this team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with this office.


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and accurately

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff and clients

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

  • Assist with PM and Sales Depts where necessary


  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional demeanour and appearance

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required
