Our client, a prominent real estate agency with a significant presence across Brisbane, is seeking a high-performing Senior Payroll Administrator. If you have a knack for precision and a passion for excellence, this dynamic and supportive environment is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Xero
Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and policies
Oversee and support the handover process and ongoing training
Supervise and coordinate the work of three Virtual Assistants (VAs) who will support the payroll functions
Handle payroll inquiries and provide exceptional support to team members
Maintain accurate records and prepare payroll reports as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator
Proficiency in Xero is a must
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to train, support, and oversee the work of VAs
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Real Estate with QLD License or Registration Certificate
