A leading boutique Real Estate agency in the Inner South East Suburbs is looking for a talented and motivated Operations Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Oversight: Oversee the contract team, including contractor administrators and virtual assistants (VAs). Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Hands-On Support: Step in to prepare contracts, Form 6s, and other necessary documentation when the contract administrators are on leave or during periods of high transaction volume. A willingness to assist with these tasks is crucial.
Training & Onboarding: Lead the training and onboarding of new systems for the team, ensuring all members are proficient with the latest tools and processes.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
Recruitment Support: Assist the Sales Director with recruitment efforts, including document preparation and attending meetings to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Referral Monitoring: Oversee the referral process between the property management and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful client handovers.
Event Management: Organise and manage internal and external events, from planning to execution, to foster team engagement and enhance the agency’s profile.
Team Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for team meetings, ensuring they are effective and focused.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an operations or sales management role within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of contract administration, including experience with preparing contracts and Form 6s.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in new system training and process improvement.
Exceptional organisational and event management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Current QLD Real Estate License or Registration.
