A leading boutique Real Estate agency in the Inner South East Suburbs is looking for a talented and motivated Operations Sales Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Oversight: Oversee the contract team, including contractor administrators and virtual assistants (VAs). Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

  • Hands-On Support: Step in to prepare contracts, Form 6s, and other necessary documentation when the contract administrators are on leave or during periods of high transaction volume. A willingness to assist with these tasks is crucial.

  • Training & Onboarding: Lead the training and onboarding of new systems for the team, ensuring all members are proficient with the latest tools and processes.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

  • Recruitment Support: Assist the Sales Director with recruitment efforts, including document preparation and attending meetings to ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • Referral Monitoring: Oversee the referral process between the property management and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful client handovers.

  • Event Management: Organise and manage internal and external events, from planning to execution, to foster team engagement and enhance the agency’s profile.

  • Team Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for team meetings, ensuring they are effective and focused.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an operations or sales management role within the real estate industry.

  • Strong understanding of contract administration, including experience with preparing contracts and Form 6s.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in new system training and process improvement.

  • Exceptional organisational and event management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Current QLD Real Estate License or Registration.
