The Role:
We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our client’s thriving team. Ideal for proactive and energetic individuals who is eager to engage with clients and prospects. An exciting opportunity to contribute to a successful team and advance your career in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct calls for newly listed and recently sold properties, follow up with past clients from our database, and reach out to new leads.
Manage and attend open for inspections (OFIs) and other property viewings.
Drop letters, connect with clients, and perform various communication tasks to build and maintain strong relationships.
Work closely with a supportive team, including agents, admin staff, and partners, to achieve shared goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven professionals with a successful track record in real estate.
A self-starter who is eager to take initiative, make calls, and engage in diverse prospecting activities.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and diverse team environment.
Comfortable managing tasks across multiple locations and handling a variety of responsibilities.

Enjoy a sliding commission scale: 60% for sales up to $1million, 70% for sales over $1milion GCI.
