Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, with a proven track record of consistency
Cultural Fit: You should want to be part of a collaborative team and contribute positively to its culture.
Ambition: Ideally, you're already achieving a minimum of 10 sales per year and are eager to grow further.
Focused Specialization: Expert advice is a non-negotiable option for the team, as well as a desire to constantly exceed clients' expectations in all areas of Sales knowledge
Qualification: Real Estate Agents Licence
Transport: Clean and reliable transport, and your ideally located within a 15km radius of Chipping Norton, to make your commute to work a breeze
