Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice.

  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal requirements and agency policies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in real estate sales as a Comm-Only agent.

  • Licensing: Valid real estate license in Queensland.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

  • Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.

  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other real estate software.
