Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads generated through the agency’s extensive property portfolio.
Conduct property appraisals, list properties, and negotiate successful sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve outstanding results.
Stay informed on market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales environment.
Requirements
Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally with $150K+ GCI.
Experience as a Sales Agent or a Sales Associate ready to step up.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Valid real estate licence in Victoria.
Valid driver’s licence.
