The Role:
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will:
Represent a wide portfolio of residential properties
Deliver standout service to vendors and buyers alike
Work closely with a supportive and forward-thinking sales team
Drive your own pipeline and achieve (or exceed!) your personal sales goals
What You’ll Need:
A current real estate license (WA)
Proven experience in real estate sales (ideal GCI of $250K+)
Self-driven mindset and hunger to grow
Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
Compensation: This is a commission-only opportunity with high earning potential and attractive commission splits based on performance.
Location: Based in the northern suburbs of Perth, WA – office facilities and team support available.
