The Role:
Our client has recently brought on a new Business Development Manager (BDM) and Head of Property Management, and they are now seeking motivated Property Managers to join their high-performance team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing a portfolio of premium properties and providing exceptional service to clients. This position is ideal for those eager to build a career in property management and advance within a dynamic and supportive agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of premium properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet client expectations.
Provide outstanding service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, and facilitating lease agreements and renewals.
Handle administrative duties related to property management, including lease documentation and reporting.
