We’re looking for a motivated and hardworking Leasing Consultant eager to grow their career within a dynamic and supportive environment. This role offers hands-on experience across all facets of property management, working alongside seasoned industry professionals who are passionate about what they do.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to phone, email & walk-in enquiries
Coordinating repairs & maintenance requests
Conducting open for inspections & private viewings
Processing applications & leasing properties
Performing routine inspections & reporting
Supporting senior property managers
Conducting in-going & outgoing inspections with detailed reports
About You:
Ideally 1+ years of property management experience (advantageous but not essential)
Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Honest, punctual & professionally presented
Strong relationship-building skills
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (or ability to obtain one quickly)
Reliable car & valid driver’s licence

Required Skills:
1 Year Real Estate Preferred but happy to consider anyone who has worked in a fast-paced office and or sales environment.
Pay range and compensation package -
$65k plus super and bonus
