About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to step into a fast-paced and professional environment. You will manage a well-maintained portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting routine property inspections, as well as preparing detailed entry and exit condition reports.
Liaising with property owners and tenants to maintain strong relationships.
Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with contractors.
Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
Handling general property management tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of experience, professionalism, and a proactive approach to your work.
Key requirements:
A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in property management.
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential).
Confidence and experience in handling routine inspections and preparing accurate reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
