About the Role
In this role, you will manage a diverse and dynamic property portfolio, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high levels of service to both landlords and tenants. Supported by an experienced team and cutting-edge technology, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties.
Conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with tenancy laws.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements.
Working with a dedicated support team to help you succeed in your role.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager with a proven track record. You should excel in providing high-quality customer service, have strong organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualities we’re looking for include:
Previous property management experience (2 years+), ideally in the Melbourne market.
A strong knowledge of Victoria’s tenancy laws and regulations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A positive, client-focused attitude.
A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
