About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will oversee a quality residential portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Key responsibilities include:
Managing a well-maintained portfolio with efficient systems and support.
Conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with tenancy regulations.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements.

About You
